If you're using a mouse I would just steal Birdseye's config (didn't he post it somewhere?) It's a proven product.. I use Birdseye's config. It's definately not the best mouse config, but I like it. If there is an automap-esque element, please keep it on the insert, home, pgup, delete, end, and pgdn area. I can recall in Descent3, if I was tri-chording and decided to bank often I would bring up the automap and get owned. :( Please keep that into consideration for MP. :)
