Yes its socket A.
Your link does specify 950MHz as a maximum supported chip for the duron line.
Give me about five minutes and I'll post a pic.
If you're into overclocking, this chips is NOT multiplier locked. I had it up to 850 with no stability issues at all. I could have easily pushed it even more if I had the desire to.
