In-Game Key Binds Not Functioning

So I just installed D3, got most everything set up, upgrades, merc pack, joystick with drivers, and played a level. Everything worked fine as far as the buttons and everything. I wanted to change the button setup but can't seem to. I think the problem is my Config.

When I go to the Options, go to Config, and try to change some of the Joystick buttons, (such as Button 2 for secondary fire, Button 3 to cycle Primary, Button 4 to cycle Secondary, etc), I click on the little bind change button next to the type of action I want to perform, and press Ctrl+C to clear the bind, then click it again and the little menu comes up telling me to press the button on the mouse or joystick that I want to assign. The problem is, I press the button many times and the bind doesn't change.

The only thing I can think of is that I should change my joystick profile from the one I have selected, which is the SW Precision Pro.

I'll try that when I get home, but was just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions, or had a similar problem.
