It's basically a content managment system like phpNuke.

Some things I noticed:
In the navigation menus, the words sit to close to the left, Indent both boxes.
The Php Author title needs to be aligned with the other titles.
Make the X's work.
Space the navbar pieces so that they align with the top of the body and bottom of the body box.

JFC... It's the stupid server... probably the worst server I've ever seen. It randomly switches my disk space usage from 200 megs (which I'm using), to a gig, sometimes gives me unlimited space, and most of the time just goes down for no apparent reason. I'll move it to a more reliable server... lol

the first thing i noticed: the red x-box (hmm, coincidence?

) reappears on the further right, as i have a resolution of 1280x960.
