I like my friends because they're likeable people. If I tried to find someone who had enough in common with me, well, I'd be looking a very long time.

That is the way of it. Descent is dead, and nothing is yet on the horizon to bring it back to life. Doesn't do any good to lament the state of the forum based primarily upon it. We have a degree of mutual familiarity, and that seems to be enough. I'm pretty sure we'll be condemning each other in the E&C until civilization as we know it comes tumbling down. And maybe even into 2013.
