Sergeant Thorne: Retrovirus chat is working, let's test!

Thorne - the new Alpha release has in-game chat. It's the RETURN key (can be mapped to F8) and you can't see what you are typing - but hey, at least it is in!

As we discussed, I am very keen to develop with you, some strategies to evade locked missiles. And now that the Grenades are also exploding when you scan them, it would be great to have a testing session with these too. I'm also keen to try some shotgun duels with you.

I'm around each day at 2pm and 7pm New Zealand time, which I believe is 6pm and 11pm Pacific Time. I'm happy to make other times, too. And if anyone else wants to check behaviours, or have a bit of a play - those times are good for you too.

Anyway I killed you twice yesterday. The multiplayer maps don't have quite as much lag as the singleplayer ones so I can actually kill a stationary target as easily as I should be able to. Time will tell whether that goes for moving targets too .

I am having a whale of a time: The Triple Grenade to the face is the Tri-Fusion of Retrovirus. Happily it can't really be whored like the Fusion Cannon though.
