I didn't see anything in the BIOS that reported that temp. I will check on the motherboard CD to see if there is a monitor utility. I don't remember seeing one when I installed everything though.
Ok, finally got around to overclocking it some more. I've got it running at 10*240, but it would only run Prime95 Torture Test for 12 minutes at stock voltage. So I put the voltage at 1.525 and it ran for 26 minutes. Should I go to 1.550V or just back it down some?
Well, the more you overclock it, the more you need to cool it. Make sure your temps are in the right range. If you don't have appropriate cooling for the speed you are trying to push it, back it down till you can. Because you could push it to 4Thz for all it matters, but it'd burn up if it wasn't cooled enough. If it is unstable, you may want to increase voltage, but do it in the smallest increments possible until you find the right setting.
Ok, Vcore is now at 1.550V, and it ran Prime95 for 2 hours without a problem. Max temp was 52C according to MBM5 (I had to use the compensation to get it to read like the BIOS, I thought that kind of weird...) I'll get a benchmark after my friend plays some FarCry.
