No it doesn't, they'll still be calling and leaving messages. We've had an insane number of messages left by one of the people running for the Texas House. All of them from the area code for Arlington, VA, when I live in Austin, TX. Then there's all the mailings he sent out, too. I'm just hoping that when all the votes are counted and recounted (at current tally he's ahead 150 votes), he loses.
