Nothing terribly advanced. This company I work for does digital watermarking for audio, and I pretty much just implement the algorithms that they give me. It involves FIR and IIR filters, FFTs and some weird proprietary modulation. One algorithm uses Hilbert transforms, which I've never bothered to learn about except to implement them.

o.0 My dad is currently responsible for a lot of technical details relating to the merger of Mutual and Northwest.
As for me, well, I'm a lowly HS student, currently with no post-HS plans. blah.

Are you working mostly outside, or inside? The tower work sounds cool.

Hey I'll check in with you if it happens, and look you up. I'm not too well-traveled outside of the U.S., but I think Scotland is breathtakingly beautiful, and the people there were extremely gracious and good to me. I also dig their sense of tradition and independence (reminded me of Texans).
(Sorry, don't mean to hijack this excellent thread, Dedman).

I highly recommend Scotland. My wife and I renewed our vows for our 10th anniversary a few years back and we did it in Scotland. We spent a few days in North Berwick and then drove down to Kelso where we actually had a little wedding ceremony in a little church. It was just her, the minister, and me. We had a blast. Some of the friendliest people I have ever met.
