Are pms broken?

I got an email telling me I had a pm but when I came here there were none in my inbox.

I have had that happen before, I think it is because it is possible for someone to delete a PM if you have not read it yet.

ah, ok. I didn't know you could delete sent messeges. I see.

Krom is correct. you can delete sent/unread messages but you can't delete sent/read messages
