I wonder if he even knows fell can be used for trees (after correcting the word order), and I suppose you could say 'everyone' if you happened to fell this tree at say...the speed of light.

Just call me "Jon". Well, yes, a tree falling can kill someone. Alway! So stay away and watch the tree when walkin' in the wind hardest. But drivin' is hard to dodge a tree falling.

Oh, ok.. you're in San Diego. and if you are worried about security, why did you use a real name? why not some nickname? My real name is Biff. I doubt that you believe that but there it is.
anyways. The tree obviously was diseased. The top of palm trees do not Normally \"pop off\" and crash to the ground; even in high winds. Then, the tree would typically uproot and fall over. Made quite a mess.

Dude, nobody cares. If you didn't want anyone to know, you shouldn't post it anywhere. Its stated quite clearly where you live in your planet descent profile. All it took was plugging your zip into google earth. Hell, I even found out what street you were on because of those pictures you posted. Nobody is out to get you, and this sure as hell isn't a witch hunt.
