If you're a moderator, when you post a new topic (or edit the first post in a topic) you get buttons for "make sticky" or "make announcement". If you're not a moderator, the only way you can make a sticky thread is to eat caramel and then touch your monitor*.

Umm...you can't post stickies or announcements. Only moderators or admins can.

D, I've gotten only a handfull of hours of sleep in the last 48. I think I'm entitled to a fuckup every now and then...
