Why can't I get a bag of mutant M&Ms? Especially the ones that have two blended together into a super M&M^2

If you prefer jelly beans, there is a company (jelly belly) that also releases "belly flops" which are the failed jelly beans!
I doubt that m&m does that though (m&m flops? Not the same)

Bags of Skittles often have a couple deformed ones too, sometimes they are the most tasty.

For me my trick is to eat two jellybeans in half, and then stick them together. (they stay stuck). Just when you get something like blue and white it looks like some sort of pill......
