My brother gave my father a copy of Iron Butterfly's "In-a-Gadda-da-Vida." Now that's a great song .

My 1 year old daughter gave me a ceramic bear that she painted in school. It looks like it was painted by Picaso on acid with all the colors. Very cool.

Gave my dad a copy of Road to Rome and a copy of Secret Weapons of WWII. He's currently engrossed in battle behind me... BOOM!

I gave my dad one of my college textbooks about learning to use AutoCAD. I only wouldve gotten 8 bucks back if i sold it back to the bookstore, so I guess it was a good deal.

top gun, i have had something like 6 copies of in-a-gadda-da-vida; worn out, scratched at parties & just plain nicked & now have a limited edition cd with 3 [three] versions, damn excellent if u ask me
lol & ppl now-a-days think that heavy metal started with nirvana. i wish my scanner was working `cause then i could show u the sleeve & case. the case is way different than ur normal one allowing the image underneath to synth a hologram.

My brother just got the standard issue CD, but I think my father may have the original album lying around somewhere. I first heard the song this past New Year's, when I was at an aunt's house listening to an all-music digital cable channel. I sat around all 17 minutes listening; it's one trippy song. As my dad said, however, no one remembers the other songs on that album .
