Ok, so eveyone except Me is playing Dm3... and all that I've talked to has been scared into a new pair of shorts at least 3 times. ....

This curiously reminds me of graduation when everyone was drunk except me .... (that's another thread) .. long LONG story short.. I was designated driver.

I haven't been scared once yet by Doom3.

mainly because some of my life experiences have been scary in themselves.

lol.. kinda like my first marrage. ;P

It is spooky and all, but I'm kinda like skyalmian, the only part that even remotely got me was the bathroom scene when the screen went red and you saw a evil reflection of yourself in the mirror. And I was more like "COOL!". I guess I am just too detached from FPS games for them to scare me anymore. Descent 1 can still make me jump once in a while tho, when one of those hellish class one drillers (silver vulcan bots) pops up in a place where they should not be. D1 bots get me because while they do move around the level, they do not do it often so you tend to memorize where they all are and when one pops up in an area that you have already cleared it is very supprising.
