Enough power?

A friend of mine is looking to build a file server using this case and PSU.

He wants to run a Duron 700, 512mb RAM, and between 4 and 8 200gb WD hard drives. My question is, is the PSU in that case powerful enough for all that?
Its supposedly a 500 watt unit, but the 3.3 rail looks pretty weak (my old 350watt had almost twice the amps on that rail). What say you?
