It's not coming up for you? I use IE and it works ok. Basically, Tripod doesn't allow for linked images, so, if you rename the file from .jpg to .txt, the browser should still display it properly.
I suppose you could save it, rename the extension to jpg and see it that way.
I apologize but with no webhost, I'm kinda stuck.
