Released: the KrAcTAgOn!

This is the first public release of an old level that has been languishing on my hard drive(s). Kracon wanted me to release this level a long time ago. Since he liked it so much I named it after him.
It is designed for CTF, Entropy, Anarchy and Hoard. It should support 2vs2 to 4vs4.
