Bill Cosby was just found guilty on all counts of sexual assault. There goes that quaint "America's dad" notion about this man being a nice, wholesome family man. He's nothing but a casting couch sexual predator right out of the same mold that gave us Harvey Weinstein. I hope there's a special place in Hell for sexual predators like Cosby and Weinstein, men of standing who abuse their positions of power and use it for their own twisted carnal pleasures. And shame on Cosby's lawyers for using the "victim shaming" defense.
Being black and being a sexual predator are not mutually inclusive. However, power and sexual predation tend to go hand in hand, no matter their race. In fact, it's usually powerful white guys, like Trump and Weinstein, who tend to make up the majority of sexual predators who abuse their power, but only because there's more of them in our society.

Tsk, tsk. Such a dirty mouth, from someone who's been called "America's dad" for years. Maybe he needs a good old fashioned mouth cleansing with a bar of soap, like he probably would've done to his kids on his TV show if they sweared. He yells this expletive towards the prosecutor after said prosecutor demanded Cosby's bail be revoked.

Too bad he couldn't get therapy years ago. Would have helped.
Powerful people see nothing wrong with how they treat others they perceive to be beneath them in social or work status, so they would refuse to accept the fact that they need "treatment". Here's an example of a woman abusing her power and debasing those she believe are beneath her status. It didn't turn out well in her case since she was caught on video acting like an arrogant jerk.

Correct TC. And the woman abusing her power like that is doing it because she knows she can get away with it. Whenever people like that have nothing to offer, they always resort to tactics intended to shut the other side down without listening.
She might have gotten away with it if there hadn't been any video of the incident. This time, a dash cam helped out the cops and she had to resign from her position in the port authority.
Yet another powerful personality in the spotlight for some past sexual indiscretions. This time, Tom Brokaw.
And sure enough, a bunch of NBC media personalities, including many women, are siding with Brokaw and NOT his accusers, even though in most of these recent high profile cases, these same media women were telling us on all their shows that we "need to believe" these poor, beleaguered women accusers. Hypocrites.

Don't be so quick to jump on the "guilty" bandwagon. This is a country of laws, and we need to make sure Due Process does what it's designed to do.
I agree, but put it this way Ferno. These very women were a lot quicker to judge a particular man as guilty and put forth the supposition that the accusers would never lie and they did it "on air" when they had no personal connection to the accused. I know because I watched them all during most of these harassment episodes.

Love is blind and warts are always overlooked. Never mind that Cosby has actually admitted to drugging women and philandering in a 2005 court deposition.
