Cooler Master Hyper 212 variants remain a simple, cheap and reasonably effective solution.
Any Be Quiet Dark Rock variant.
Any Thermalright Peerless Assassin variant.
Any Noctua heat pipe tower coolers (warning: expensive).

Need more flexibility for mounting it in the case? 240/280MM AIO water coolers can squeeze a lot of cooling into almost any layout.

Why don’t companies make many copper heatsinks? Electric shock?

Heat pipes conduct heat many times better than pure copper, and in fact better than any bulk material available to humanity.

Okay, so I installed Thermalright Assassin X 120 SE and my PC runs as cool as a cucumber! CPU idle temps went from 42 deg C to 29. Thanks, guys! ^_^
