Just what it says.
It seems reasonable to fear Musk has opened up one or more federal data systems with citizens data making it no longer safe to use those systems.
It is likely he has no constitutional authority even if the President told him to do it.

So I'm thinking getting a judge to support a suit to forcefully suspend any new data from being entered by citizens until the matter has been investigated would be easy. This would be all tax returns, payroll tax filings and other similar interactions between citizens and the federal and state.

My personal thoughts are I'm totally ok with the Trump fighting this in court no matter how long it takes and then congress do its usual dance of months or even years calling committee hearings etc. before they finally solve the problem.
I have no issue with keeping my data, and my payments safe in my possession until they do their thing....take your ★■◆●ing time...lol

Great idea. Coincidentally, a super smart lawyer friend of mine convinced me last week to contact my state's Attorney General about Musk and the Treasury. I think everyone should contact their local Attorney General.

You do realize nearly everyone's data in the U.S. has already been hacked by the Chinese, including S.S. numbers, Medicare numbers, phone numbers, addresses, birthdates, etc.? That horse is already out of the barn and running free. The Chinese already have malware installed in most U.S. power company's control systems, so they could shut our power down with a couple of keystrokes, if Canada doesn't do it first to the N.E. The U.S. is going to get screwed in the ass and neither party is doing anything about that.

With Trump focused on all his revenge shenanigans and that Apartheid Nazi Musk illegally shutting agencies down right and left in the name of cost cutting are now occupying everyone's attention. And Trump just fired everyone investigating the Russian Oligarchs who are interfering with our politics and doing a little money laundering on the side, so we're going to get double butt fucked as he kisses Putin's ring in supplication. The only reason the Republicans like Russia is because they're now an oligarchy, not communist. BTW, both are repressive, so Repubs are just splitting hairs on evil political systems.

I just sent off my taxes. I sure as hell seriously thought about telling Trump to go ★■◆● himself and not send them in, but the entire country en masse would need to follow suit or risk arrest. I'm really thinking about it for 2025 tax year though. I do NOT want to fund ANY of Heir Musk's enterprises, period. He's already taken trillions of our taxpayer dollars to enrich himself and his companies. I see no government cuts when it concerns him. Are you sure you would want to purchase another Tesla Krom?
